1. Set up a waste
management network
Local collaboration is key. Each partner within the network, contributes from his own qualities and experiences: from collecting and transforming plastic waste to selling the end products.
2. Facilitate waste
transformation on site
The use of a FUSE Kitchen is an important driver within the network. We provide and help install the mobile factory and train the local workforce to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.
3. Co-create products
that meet local demand
We work with designers, engineers and the local community to develop end products that meet local demand. We focus on building materials that are solid and strong, like planks, roof tiles and pavement.
